The 21 year old who enjoys travel and photography joined ISS in 2010 and based in the healthcare division is involved in a variety of work on a day to day basis.
Her role includes logging in sickness details for all departments at ISS, phone duties and liaising with porters regarding tasks to complete.
She cites the challenges of the role and the people she works withas the main factors that make it enjoyable and interesting and hopes the increased knowledge and understanding will help her progress within the company.
“I would always recommend apprenticeships; it’s a chance to learn and gain skills which will help me in the long run. I feel I am really gaining something from work, while setting myself goals to achieve.”
