The fund owns a range of different properties including offices, shops and warehouses, as well as a city centre hotel and a student hall of residence.In working on the property fund, I help set and implement the investment strategy – deciding what types of properties we should be buying and selling. I get to go out and about a lot, as it’s very important to visit the properties and meet the occupiers to really understand how each would work as an investment.Education
