During his short course, Alex studied for an Employability & Personal Development Skills & Customer Service (Level 1) qualification, as well as a Food Safety (Level 2) qualification. Since passing his modules with flying colours – including Personal Development and Career Pathway - Alex has taken great pride in continuing to develop his awareness and understanding with on-the-job training.
