FrogPubs (www.frogpubs.com) is a group of 7 micro brewery bars & restaurants in France which are popular venues for sporting enthusiasts, international students, and a young professional party crowd alike. We sell 250,000 meals and about one million pints of our own original beer every year and we are looking for ambitious, self-motivated, bilingual staff to join us as Shift Managers.
Our Shift Managers are responsible for all aspects of running specific services (day and night) in the pub, with particular emphasis placed on sales, training and customer service. They have a flair for teamwork and achieving their objectives, and are dynamic and responsible individuals. If you show us potential, and you are interested in developing a career with us, we will invest in your development. We offer management training in lots of guises, including a seven month diploma, which is comprehensive, inspiring and different. High performing Shift Managers with the potential to develop further will get the opportunity to run one of our pubs.
