That's right, the ICAEW have teamed up with the AAT to offer you a great way to fast track your way to the very top without all those university debts. The AAT-ACA Fast Track enables school leavers to become a chartered accountant in as little as four years -that's quicker than you would if you go to university!
Whilst most trainee ACA's join as graduates, there are an increasing number of students who start an accountancy qualification after school. If you have good A-level results you may be able to start the ACA straight after you have finished school. Most employers prefer you to complete something like the AAT or CFAB first, however an increasing amount of employers are now offering the ACA to school leavers. The AAT is a great way to fast track into chartered accountancy and can allow you to complete both the AAT and the ACA in as little as four years! This is because we allow you credit for prior learning, meaning you may not have to do some of our exams.

Certification
The Certificate in Finance Accounting and Business (CFAB) is also awarded by the ICAEW and is designed to develop your general knowledge in business and finance. It covers six of the ACA knowledge level modules and once completed, you will be eligible to carry on to the ACA.
