MDS Ltd develops future leaders in the UK’s food, fresh produce, agriculture and horticulture sectors. We work with a wide range of businesses, from growers and producers to retailers and logistics companies, to provide structured, hands-on learning experiences for young people starting their careers.
Our Fresh Futures Programme is a paid, full-time apprenticeship designed for anyone ready to start working after Sixth Form or college. Over up to two years, you’ll rotate through three different placements, gaining practical skills, confidence, and industry knowledge, while working towards a nationally recognised Level 3 qualification.
By the end of the programme, you’ll have real work experience, strong industry connections, and a clear path into a future career.
