We are looking for a passionate and committed individual to join our friendly team. You will play a key role in delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, ensuring each child’s individual needs are met and helping them reach their full potential
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care and learning experiences in line with the EYFS.
Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities and play opportunities.
Observe, assess, and track children’s development using nursery systems.
Build warm, supportive relationships with children and their families.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organised environment at all times.
Ensure safeguarding procedures are always followed and concerns are promptly reported.
Work collaboratively with other team members and contribute to a positive team culture.
Support children’s personal care needs, including feeding, toileting, and hygiene routines.
Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and development.
Maintaining the cleanliness of the nursery throughout the course of the day.
Entry requirements
HRUC will only consider those applicants that have already achieved GSCE at Grade 9-4/A-C Including Maths and English or the equivalent.
Training to be provided
Apprentices will be required to attend college at least x1 day per week either at Uxbridge, Harrow or Hayes Campus completing necessary mandatory training and units associated with the apprenticeship.
The apprentice will be required to complete:
Work towards gaining a full Qualification.
Employment Rights and Responsibilities.
Skills, Knowledge, and Behaviours.
Standard and End Point Assessment.
Functional Skills in English, Maths, and ICT (if required).
Other training will be provided by the employer as required to enable the fulfilment of the job role.
