We have an exciting opportunity for a Construction Trainee to join Vistry Group. Starting in September 2026, you will assist with and gain experience in the successful delivery of construction projects — supporting health, safety and environmental standards, programme management, budget, time, quality, design, technical and customer service elements. You will help control and learn all site-based activities in line with development requirements, company policies and procedures. In this role you will also work towards a higher Level 4 apprenticeship to further develop your skills and professional knowledge.
• Completion of Construction Site Supervisor Apprenticeship Level 4

• 4 GCSEs at grades 4-9 (A-C)* — including Maths and English
• A minimum of a Level 3 qualification (e.g., NVQ/Level 3 Diploma, T Level, BTEC Diploma or 2 A Levels)

• Full UK driving licence
