We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Trainee to join the Commercial team at Vistry Group. Based at the Caterham Office from September 2026, you will support the wider Surveying and Estimating team and gain experience across a range of commercial activities and practices. You’ll gain hands‑on experience and work towards a higher Level 4 apprenticeship to further develop your technical skills and professional knowledge.
• Completion of Construction Quantity Surveying Technician Apprenticeship Level 4

• 4 GCSEs at grades 4‑9 (A‑C)* — including Maths and English
• A minimum of a Level 3 qualification (e.g., NVQ/Level 3 Diploma, T Level, BTEC Diploma or 2 A Levels [minimum grade D or above])
