We pride ourselves in putting our people and customers at the heart of everything we do – and best of all, provide opportunities to develop skills and build careers through our award-winning Wolseley Talent Guild.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Business Analysts and Project Managers with analysis activities across projects and change initiatives within Wolseley

  • Supporting stakeholder engagement activities, including meeting preparation, note‑taking and follow‑up actions, with guidance from more experienced colleagues

  • Assisting with analysis activities related to testing, business acceptance and transition of solutions into business‑as‑usual operations

  • Learning and applying core business analysis techniques and ways of working through structured training, coaching and on‑the‑job experience

  • Building knowledge of Wolseley’s business, operating model and delivery environment, demonstrating increased confidence, judgement and independence over time

  • Acting professionally at all times, managing time effectively, seeking feedback and taking responsibility for personal development

  • Performing other ad‑hoc duties as appropriate, including supporting special projects or improvement activities

You’ll be completing a structured training plan, which will be complimented by a Level 4 Business Analyst Apprenticeship, where you will be provided time each week to complete your training activities.
