Job Title: Apprentice – HR (Learning & Development)

Job Summary:
As a HR (Learning & Development) Apprentice at Honeywell, in Southend, you will you will be allocated an experienced mentor within HR to train and expose you to a wide variety of HR areas, including Employee Relations and Management Support, with a focus on Learning and Development. You will have the opportunity to gain a range of nationally recognised qualifications and a hands-on learning experience within our supportive and friendly teams.
This role is part of our Early Careers Relations program, designed to help students and recent graduates launch their careers with hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within Honeywell. This apprenticeship is set up for four years, starting from August 2026.
