Allergy Awareness - Level 2

Research from the Food Standards Agency (FSA) states that around 6% of the population live with a diagnosed food allergy, but around 30% of adults reported experiencing an adverse reaction when eating certain foods. Food allergies can be life-threatening, so it’s important that food is labelled and handled correctly to keep people with allergens safe.
