Throughout the application and induction process, I learnt that hard work and commitment are extremely important, and that no-good opportunity comes easily. Despite this, it is worth the work as the job is so rewarding and the experience is second to none. My advice would be to persevere, and work as hard as you can, due to the highly competitive environment that apprenticeships entail.
